Modway will send furniture which does not match the pictures or descriptions. This has happened three times for me. They're full of deception and returns are a hassle (they want you to pay). I'd avoid Modway and its vendors entirely, Modway (and its other brand names) drop ship everything from their main location in New Jersey. They're awful to deal with, as are their distributors, like Bison Office, the vendor in this case. The four-legged frame which is supposed support the cushion top, as pictured here, instead ships with six clunky, bolt-on legs, creating a very different and ugly silhouette. MODWAY misrepresents its products and should be banned entirely from Amazon.
