I have been looking for a table with an open base to put a garbage can underneath for a long time and finally found this one I love it the product came sooner than expected and it was so easy to put together perfect size for my convection oven and very sturdy. Amgood quality is great I am going to get another one in a different size because I am very impressed with my purchase especially for the price. Thank you Amgood Very happy.I bought the 30” x 14” Stainless Steel Prep Table from Amgood and I’m pretty impressed by its quality. First off it arrive on time packaged neatly in the box even tho I bought a used like new returned one. As I built it I noticed 8 little leg screws missing and promptly contacted the seller and within two days I got my screws. At first I was able to build it with the missing ones but the table was wobbly so I’m glad I received them quick. I’m leaving 5 stars since I was impressed with the table and their quality of customer service. Not their fault the person who returned it forgot to package the screws.The table was easy to clean and disinfect and it looks and fits great in my small kitchen. It’s very sturdy too.I received the 60” long, but I’d ordered the 36”. I hate returning things and I as under a time limit, so I decided to put it together to see how it fit. It went together easily, but there was a 2” dent on the bottom of one of the rounded side lips. You can only see it when you kneel or bend over. I contacted customer service and they offered/suggested that I keep the larger one for the same price I paid for the smaller one. I agreed and I’m glad I did. It fits two stools with plenty of elbow room. You could do three depending on the size of your stool. I get a lot of compliments on it. It’s not something you’d want to put a lot of weight on. Also, the top has scratched fairly easily, but nothing too deep to be masked with a stainless steel kit. Also, I laugh every time I see the television show, New Girl....because they have the same island in the middle of their kitchen.We've had this table now for over a year and I was actually thinking about ordering another one. It is very sturdy and has a nice shine even though it was easy to get nit picky at first about the scratches. It is easy to clean with vinegar and water. I thought it may be a temporary table for the kitchen, but it looks like we will probably leave it in there for food prep by the stove. We use it daily.This is a very sturdy table, but it scratches very easily, pretty much immediately, if you set anything on it, there will be a scratch. I tried to rub out the scratches after reading about it on-line, but it made it worse. So maybe the quality of the steel isn't very high? I'm not sure, this is the first stainless steel item we've had. We were planning to return it, but changed our mind since it is very sturdy. We will more than likely put a countertop over it though once we get to that part of the kitchen remodel. It works well with stools under it so the kids can help with meals and it's a great temporary fix for a gutted kitchen to give us some time to figure out what we're doing. We got the 24x48 inch size and the size and sturdiness works great for our needs, we would just like it better if it didn't scratch so easily.The screws came in a nice little canister, and they sent an extra one since they're so small. I had the 30” wide table, and so I just used the rear cross bar to measure how far down to have the crossbar set. Assembly took about 10-15 minutes.Very sturdy kitchen counter table. It was great to get the most regularly used appliances off of the counter. I don't have much counter space in my small kitchen so this is the prefect solution. It fits the trash can 13 gallons under it and is an efficient use of the space. Very easy to assemble also. I need space to open the oven and cabinet doors so this really did the trick.I ordered the wrong table (with no 2nd shelve).I called customer service and explained the situation. I was a little frustrated but the customer service lady (Mary), was very professional.I eventually ordered 2 extra shelves just to make it more appealing and the outcome was BEAUTIFUL!!!No Dent... just PERFECT for my house/kitchen.Starting to organized!!!I’M VERY HAPPY... table will match all my stainless kitchen appliances .. Go ahead and order. You too will be happy.Fabulous. Quality outstanding. Easy to assemble. Wish I had the money to spend to buy more of these for my home.One recommendation / question: do you have tables where the legs extend to the full width of the tabletop?
