Banksia pods are great for many different projects including turning vases, candle holders, even pepper mills with the large pods are some of the more popular items. Resin work is very common, sliced into pieces or turned.
Our Banksia Seed Pods are collected after their seeds are expelled and have completed the life cycle of the plant making them a sustainably sourced timber option. They are collected on foot as to not disturb the plants or wildlife and are responsibly picked by a licensed collector.
